We offer three distinct illustration styles, each crafted to showcase the beauty and individuality of your home. Each portrait is an original watercolour portrait hand painted to your specifications, offering a one-of-a-kind keepsake that celebrates your home. Colour Full Scene

Notes:

House Only: No background, no sky, only the house/building with surrounding white space. This is a good option when the house has the front clear and is not interrupted with big trees in front.
Full Scene (Available in Colour only): With background and foreground. This is a full painting of the whole scene based on the reference photo provided.
The portrait will be painted on a 300gsm Arches 100% cotton watercolour paper using artist grade watercolour paint, gouache and ink

The order process

Your custom house portrait will be hand-painted on premium Arches watercolour 100% cotton, 300gsm paper using artist grade paint. Please note that all portraits come unframed.

To start your commission, fill out the form on the right with as many details as possible, including up to 3 high-resolution reference photos of your home. Clear, well-lit images will help us accurately capture the unique details and character of your property.

After submitting the form, you will receive a reply within a few days. This will include your invoice, questions and an estimated completion date. Please note that the current turnaround period is typically 4 to 6 weeks from the time we receive your payment.

Once your portrait is complete, it will be securely packed in a flat, rigid mailer to ensure safe delivery, and it will be sent using express post with a flat fee of $15 for Australian address. once sent, you’ll receive an email with the parcel tracking number.

 FAQs

  • Go to the custom house artwork tab where you will find a detailed form to fill out. Enter all your details and with a photo at the end. Felycia will be in touch within 1-3 days to discuss the specifics of your portrait along with an invoice. The invoice will need to be paid prior to the commencement of the portrait, securing your booking.

  • The illustration may be customised to your liking, for example adding more leaves to the trees, adding colourful flowers and unwanted objects such as cars, satellite, powerlines, rubbish bins can also be removed. Please fill all this down in your order form

    1. Adding Pet or People to the artwork

    2. Painting at a different angle than what is depicted in the provided reference photo

    3. Photo that cut off parts of the house or other key elements you want to be painted

  • Your illustration will arrive in a clear cellophane with backing board, all pack within a rigid mailer. This is to protect the illustration from any water damage and bending.

    All illustrations are sent via Aus Post with Express Shipping with a flat rate of $15.00 (Australia only). There are additional costs and delivery time for all orders outside of Australia

  • All house illustrations are created using photo references. I recommend providing hi–res photos for your orders for the best result
