Packaging & Shipping

How are your artworks packaged?

All prints and artworks are packaged in plastic sleeves or tissue paper packed in a flat rigid mailer or cardboard box depending on the order.

Can you please use specific packaging for my order?

The type of packaging used will depend on the type of product included in the order. In order to deliver everything in a timely manner, unfortunately we cannot fulfil individual packaging requests.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Prices depend on your location.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Australia Post Parcel Post with tracking.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We ship internationally with exception of some countries in which shipping is currently unavailable.

What countries are currently unavailable for shipping?

Generally, if we cannot send to your country, the country will not be displayed in the country selection during checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are shipped out within 1 week after the order is placed. If you are based in Australia, your order will arrive in 3-10 business days after the package is sent out. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-30 business days depending on the destination.

Please note that depending on the postal service a holiday, with the destination country, these times may vary slightly and are a guide only.

Will my package be charged customs tax/duties?

If you are in EU, UK or other countries, your package may be subjected to custom charges upon arrival. Any charges that may incur once the package reaches the destination country must be paid by the recipient. We do not have control over these charges as policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any further enquiries.


Order

I changed my mind, can I return my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any change of mind returns. If you have any issues with your order, please get in contact with us.

I received wrong or damaged products, what should I do?

Please contact us with photos of the product as you receive them. Upon review if it was deemed that it is a mistake on our part we will be in contact with you to remedy the issue. If it is a mistake on your end, we will not be able to refund you.

I want to add more items to my order, is this possible?

Yes! Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number. As long as we haven’t packed your order, we would be happy to assist you with this process.

Can I cancel my order?

Art Print: Please message us as soon as possible! As long as we haven’t ship your order, we would be happy to help you.

Custom House Painting: Please message us as soon as possible! Unfortunately if the work has commenced, we will not be able to provide any refund.

I put in the wrong address and my package never came!

You are responsible for filling out your shipping address correctly. We send your order to the address you’ve provided us with. Unless you e-mail us and ask us to send it elsewhere before we drop your order in the post office, we cannot be held responsible for lost orders. Please carefully enter your address and double check it before purchasing. If you notice a mistake, get in touch as soon as possible or your order will be sent to the address you provided with the order.

How long will a custom artwork take?

The turnaround time depends on my availability and the size of the project. Please check the individual product listing for a more accurate and up to date turn around time.

Can I reuse your artwork on my website, blog, social media, etc.?

Artworks that is sold in this store are covered by copyright and are only intended for personal use only. Purchasing a print of my artwork does not entitle you to reproduce/reuse my artwork in any way without my written permission.

Custom house portrait commissions are intended for personal use only. Commissioning a custom house portrait does not permit you to use it for any commercial purposes or featured in any print, digital or online publications without my written permission/consent.
